Surface Water Management System

The Stormwater System is designed to provide quantity and quality control by attenuating peak stormwater flows from storm events up to 1:5 year return frequency.  All stormwater is analyzed prior to discharge through a concrete headwall with a controlled orifice and gate.  The perimeter channel, constructed in 2009-2010 is over 4kms long!
